Pengfei Wang is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Technology at Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China. His research interests are in the area of federated unlearning and distributed artificial intelligence, etc.
Dr. Wang joined the Dalian University of Technology after receiving a Ph.D. in Software Engineering from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. From 2016 to 2018, he was a visiting Ph.D. student in Networks Group under the direction of Prof. Aleksandar Kuzmanovic at Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. He has published more than 50 papers in high quality conferences and journals, such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE INFOCOM, IEEE/ACM TON, IEEE TITS, IEEE ICNP, IEEE ICDCS, JSA and IEEE IoT-J, etc.
王鹏飞，90后，长聘副教授、博士生导师，辽宁省优秀科技工作者、大连市优秀青年科技人才项目获得者、大连理工大学首批小米青年学者（全校仅5人，计算机唯一），国家公派美国西北大学-东北大学联合培养博士，中航工业沈阳飞机设计研究所-大连理工大学联培博士后。研究方向为分布式人工智能、大数据智能处理技术，主要包括联邦（忘却）学习、联邦强化学习、无人机智能、人机混合智能等。担任国家自然科学基金委函评专家、教育部毕业设计论文评审专家等。
近年来，发表CCF-A、B类及中科院一区等国际顶级高水平期刊和会议论文70余篇，其中第一/通信作者30余篇，包括IEEE TMC、IEEE JSAC、IEEE/ACM TON、IEEE TSC、IEEE TWC、IEEE TITS、ACM TOSN、IEEE TNSE、IEEE INFOCOM、ICNP、ICDCS、《计算机学报》等。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金、辽宁省“揭榜挂帅”重大科技计划、百万级GF、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、大连市优秀青年科技人才项目、大连市留学回国人员创新创业支持计划、CCF-腾讯犀牛鸟（连续两年）等各类科研项目10余项，负责项目总经费千万余元。获得中国仪器仪表学会科技进步二等奖（2022年）、中国商业联合会全国商业科技进步二等奖（2023年）等。
